Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g. food products)
- Goods which have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
