Japan Sencha Superior Grüntee
Japan Sencha Superior is a high-quality Japanese green tea. The tea is harvested in June and comes from Shizuoka. The Yabukita cultivar was used for this Sencha.
Preparation: Boil water to a rolling boil and let it stand uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes, so it cools down to a maximum of 80 degrees Celsius. For one liter of Sencha, use about 15 to 20 grams of leaves, which is 4 to 6 teaspoons. Pour the hot water over the leaves, let the infusion steep for two minutes before straining it through a sieve.
